Hurley collected Deb from the Mandolay Hotel in Guildford, for the short trip to Guildford Register Office. The light drizzle certainly didn't dampen the mood and the sun came out for the photos, after which, the happy couple were driven to Bel & The Dragon in Godalming for a wonderful meal.
Hurley enjoyed a sunny trip to the seaside for the annual Brighton Breeze cruise and VW show organised by the Split Screen Van Club. We camped in Epsom on Friday night, before leaving very early for the drive to Brighton on Saturday morning. It was a great convoy down to Brighton despite the fog, which burned off later in the day to give us lovely sunshine. Nothing better than a great line up of campervans and fish and chips on the beach!
Hurley enjoyed another trip to the seaside, this one a little further afield! A long drive to Bude, Cornwall, was rewarded by beautiful beaches and awesome surfing; and of course, Cornish Pasties! Once we got home, Hurley needed a thorough clean as it seemed we had brought most of the beach home with us!
Hurley took on his first official engagement, taking our daughter to her school leavers prom.
He had lots of pictures taken by the gathered crowds, who lined up to receive the guests.
Hurley joined his split-screen friends for the annual Brighton Breeze cruise. The Brighton Breeze is a VW show organised by the Split Screen Van Club, and there are hundreds of different Volkswagens lined up on Madeira Drive on the Brighton seafront. We camped in Epsom on the Friday night, before leaving bright and early for the fun-run to Brighton on Saturday. A great day was had looking at the stalls and all the different cars and campers, despite the showers!
